How to make a healthy avocado dressing in only 5 minutes

This recipe is super easy, and it will only take you 5 minutes to prepare this delicacy – which is also vegan! Here is a list of the ingredients you need:
- ½ avocado
- 5 tbsp. olive oil or avocado oil
- ½ lemon (freshly pressed lemon juice)
- A small clove of garlic
- A hand full of parsley
- 1 shot of maple syrup
- Salt and pepper
- An avocado hugger to keep the other half of your avocado fresh
Take all the ingredients and put them into a blender. Add 4 tbsp. of water and start blending the ingredients. You might add some more water or lemon juice, but this is up to your preference and taste.
